Frequently asked questions

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed and sent from the UK. We currently ship UK to UK only.

What kind of books do you sell?

We sell brand new physical books only — no second-hand copies.

While we don’t currently offer signed or limited editions, we plan to introduce special editions in the future, including sprayed edges and other beautiful finishes.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not right now. Lumina Library is UK-only for the moment, but we’d love to expand in the future.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day.

Anything after that heads out the next working day.

How long does delivery take?

We offer two delivery options via Royal Mail:

  • Standard delivery: 2 working days
  • Express delivery: next day (or 1–2 working days, depending on location)

Who do you ship with?

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, carefully packed to keep your books safe on their journey.

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law.

What condition do returns need to be in?

Returned books must be unread and in their original condition.

We can’t accept returns for books that show signs of reading, wear, or damage.
